Meet Zephaniah Jones

A musician, educator, creative strategist, and community advocate dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unlock their creative potential through education, mentorship, and meaningful opportunities.

As the Founder and Lead Instructor of Think All Be All (TABA), Zephaniah has spent years developing programs that connect creativity, personal growth, and community impact. Through music education, artist development initiatives, workshops, consulting, and public programs, his work focuses on providing resources and creating opportunities for emerging and established creatives alike.

A lifelong musician, he specializes in music performance, music education, and creative development. His experience spans live performance, arts administration, program design, community engagement, and leadership. He believes that creativity is more than artistic expression—it is a powerful tool for problem-solving, communication, leadership, and personal transformation.

Throughout his career, Zephaniah has collaborated with artists, educators, for-profits, nonprofits, government agencies, and community organizations to develop programs that increase access to arts education and support creative entrepreneurship. His work has contributed to artist development initiatives, public performance programs, educational workshops, and community-based creative experiences throughout Montgomery and beyond.

Through TABA Music Pathways, he is committed to helping students build confidence, develop technical skills, and discover their unique creative voice through structured learning, mentorship, and real-world application.

His mission is simple:
Help students build confidence, develop their craft, and discover how music can become a lifelong tool for creativity, expression, and personal growth.
